The Shiraz Ballroom is the perfect place for your family and friends to join together in celebrating your special day. The dedicated staff at the Armenian Centre help make your wedding stress free and easy to plan so that you can focus on enjoying the day and making memories that will last a lifetime. The Shiraz Ballroom is a large and luxurious space that is excellent for both ceremonies and receptions. Pre-set dining tables are neatly arranged at the edge of the room leaving ample space in the middle for chairs to be set up auditorium-style for the ceremony. Then, while your guests enjoy a social pre-reception time in our Cocktail Lounge with drinks and hors d'oeuvres, our serving team quickly and quietly transforms the ceremony space into the reception hall of your dreams. This is perfect for couples who don't want their guests to have to arrange transportation from the ceremony site to the venue.

The Shiraz Ballroom boasts beautiful, yet neutral, decor that will compliment the colour palet and style of your wedding and add a touch of classic elegance to your event. The stunning central chandelier sparkles over the large wooden dance floor, and the raised stage area at the front of the room is able to accommodate a head table for a wedding party of up to 16 people. With a maximum capacity of 250 people, hosting your event at the Shiraz Ballroom means all your loved ones can be with you to celebrate this special moment in your life.
The fully-stocked bar is accessible both from inside the Shiraz Ballroom and from the Cocktail Lounge, making it easy for your guests to access refreshments both during the cocktail hour and throughout the reception. Our talented Executive Chef will work with you to create a custom menu based on your personal taste as well as any dietary restrictions for you or your guests. From mouth-watering appetizers to delectable desserts, your guests will rave about the food they enjoyed at your wedding for years to come.

The Armenian Centre is proud to offer two different rental options for Bridal Showers. If you are planning to host a high tea or formal luncheon, the Shiraz Ballroom is the perfect location for you to entertain your guests and celebrate your upcoming nuptials. If a more relaxed and laid back event is more your style, then the Gymnasium (right across from the Shiraz Ballroom) is a smaller, more casual rental option.
Both rental spaces have access to the Cocktail Lounge, fully-stocked bar and restrooms. Plus, the Armenian Centre is proud to be a wheel-chair accessible facility with ample on-site parking for all of your guests.

STAG & DOE
A Stag & Doe is a great way to celebrate your engagement and upcoming nuptials with all of your friends. With food, drinks and games the night is sure to be a memorable celebration filled with laughter and love. Thanks to the flexible event packages we offer, the Armenian Centre has become a very popular venue for Stag & Doe events in the Niagara Region.

Stag & Doe events are a time for fun, so leave the suit and tie at home and let loose for a night out with friends. The Gymnasium at the Armenian Centre is a casual and affordable rental space with direct access to the Cocktail Lounge, fully-stocked bar and restrooms. The spacious room gives you lots of space to set up seating for your guests as well as games, prize tables and more!
There are a number of beverage options available ranging from a simple cash bar, to an open bar or a combination bar (ex. pre-determined number of drink tickets per guest).
